  Solutions for Vacuum Processing Systems

Great part of the vacuum processing is dedicated to the manufacturing of vacuum sealed devices, a category which encompasses various applications ranging from lamps to the wide area of electron and image tubes.

The evacuation process of such devices is usually performed with the use of heavy duty Ultra-High Vacuum pumps, such as diffusion, turbomolecular or cryo pumps. However, the addition of SAES Getters Non Evaporable Getter pumps, in the form of Cartridge and CapaciTorr pumps, gives a further boost in terms of ultimate vacuum, especially to remove excessive hydrogen and shorten pump-down speed.

Moreover, in some cases NEG pumps can be left attached to the vacuum device to complete the vacuum processing steps, even after removal from the main pumping station. This is particularly applicable to glass tubes where specially-developed glass SORB-AC Appendage Getter Pumps can be used.

Boost your product performance with SAES Getters solutions:

  • CapaciTorr Pumps
  • SORB-AC Appendage Getter Pumps
  • SORB-AC Cartridge Pumps
